It’s easy– just practice these three simple steps in a routine you can do in less than 5 minutes. Fit it in whenever you can throughout your day. Try it right now!

  1. Find Your Breath. Notice your breathing. Take a deep breath, let it out slowly. Stretch and sit up straight. Take a few more deep breaths. That’s it!
  2. Free Your Mind. Close your eyes and imagine something flowing. Water in a stream, waves on the shore, rain running down the window. Focus on that image and take a few deep breaths.
  3. Feed Your Soul. Think of something you appreciate. It can be a little thing like the sun on your face, or a person in your life, or whatever you like. List a few things in your head while you take a few more deep breaths.


Do this for five minutes, twice a day and you’ll discover the power of presence. You’ll listen better, notice more, and carry less stress.
